RT tuning ?

We're in the process of tuning a B14 with z32 and 72 lb. injectors. I have two questions. When we tuned my B13 ve, the number scale was different for the two fuel maps. They were whole numbers. On this B14, they are 1X.XX Is there a way to change that scale or is that what it is for the B14.

We are stuck at 18.7ish air/fuel and when making changes, it doesn't seem to change at all. Both maps are identical, we are saving/updating both maps and we are "uploading to emulator" but it isn't making any changes.

Any help would be awesome. Thank you.
