Well that is a heck of a way to start the weekend! At least you got that out of your system, Greg. Now you don't have to worry about it when you are racing for the win!!!!!! Good luck everyone, stay safe.

Tim, Kev, way ta go guys - t'ain't fun to have 'em bust on ya, and fixing all night in freezing wx makes it less so. Been there done that out there, but makes it all better when the car goes out okay on Sunday.
Wasn't at all worried about the 20 bux - just never paid attention to whether they let one into the paddock area w/o a crew or guest pass - looks like it's okay.
Matt's out there?? Would be extremely cool to finally meet that fellow.

Kevin and I managed to keep ourselves warm by tearing the engine's valvetrain down within 15 minutes of the car getting back to the paddock. We kept ourselves warm by working on the engine while it was still hot.

Jerry, pay the $20 spectator fee and come on down. The top 10 of the qualifying grid is pretty tight.

If I'm not mistaken, Greg finished 4th. AKA, 1st non-CRX.

Every time I see Joe's car I think, "Damn, if I still raced I would not want to get *anywhere* near that thing."

That last photo is Steve Patterson's car. He qualified pretty well but holed a tire a few laps into the race.

By the way Steve, PM me please.

You guys looked pretty run down by the end of the day; good sign, you'd worked your buns off. LONG week. Well done.
Greg, you didn't beat that guy on lap 17 with horsepower, you did it with better speed through 6 and 7 giving you faster exit for your run down the back straight thru 8 and 9. That's what your data look like, but didn't get a chance to chat with you. It's a significant change according to your segment times. Figure out what you did there and you'll knock the better part of a second off your laps. Pretty work. Look forward to seeing more.

Kimme and I had a great time and enjoyed meeting you guys. I hope everyone had a safe trip home.

I was in discussion with several people regarding larger sized seats (yeah, I'm an oversized sr20 owner ) and I remember the Sparco Evo 3. It seems there were some other suggestions, can someone refresh my memory?
