Looks good, but I'm not sure you want those extra bends in your halo hoop.

Speaking of cages, Will Goo got his caged car back from Seven's Only this past weekend. I've got some pics I'll try to post.

You are building this car for the se-r cup right?

If so, did you read this rule?

5.9 T-top cars are allowed to compete in the series but must have an additional support bar added to the the roof halo of the roll cage running from front to back following the centerline of the car.

Are you planning on adding this bar?

Also what are you doing about your t-tops as they must be taken out while racing.

Yes, we will be installing the center bar. The glass in the t-tops will be replaced with aluminum. The t-top mechanism has been removed and the frame is now bolted the car where the original sliding pin was.

My friend Jeff Underwood in Roanoke Va. We're going to do a unique door bar. I'll have pics soon.

I believe Goo has them up at his site:

http://www.squishy.net/~wgoo/cage/

The cage was done by Seven's Only in Buttonwillow, CA.

Minus the seat mounting stuff, it was around $1500.

The main reason was to follow the contours of the car better and the get it away from head.
