Thanks for posting that. Good article. Using the poster boarde is a great idea. What thickness where the materials and what size was that first piece of Polyethelyne you purchased. I assume you used just one peice for the entire project but want to confirm the thickness of everything.

I went back and revised the article.

It was a single 8x4' sheet. There was plenty leftover for more spoilers. But, at 20x60", only one splitter can be made (if you use the same sheet for a spoiler). It was .250" thick.

Have you ever been able to get a riv nut to hold in place while installing it in a plastic bumper? The reason I ask is, I've been trying to use riv nuts to mount a lower air dam, only to have the threaded insert deform the hold and then pull through. I ended up using 10-32 button heads with a nut to hold it on like you did on your spoiler.
