Which front bumper for best cooling?

What front bumper for a B13 SE-R is considered the best in terms of airflow through the radiator/oil cooler/etc. I am only considering urethane bumpers and have narrowed my choices down to either a stillen front end or the bumper that Tom and Jeff use, but I can't remember who makes theirs. Whichever one I choose will also be equiped with a splitter as well.

Thank You,

Todd

Re: Which front bumper for best cooling?

TACOSTANDONTHEBRAKES!

Mr. Stand,

I believe my bumper is from Zenon. It is really just goes over the stock lower 1/2 (which is cut off) and has some custom ducts through the actual bumper core. It also comes with just double sided tape to adhere it to the bumper. Needless to say you'll want to use rivets.

Biggest aids in cooling are the Koyo radiator and block off plates that force air through the radiator (made mine from aluminum). The N1 pulley also slows down the pump, but you have to notch the block a little for it to clear.

Anytime any of the guys or gals building cars want, they can drive my car after the race on Sunday at any nasa event in their HPDE session.

Re: Which front bumper for best cooling?

Thanks for the info guys. I will probably go with the Stillen front end as it only costs ~$160.

BTW i'll have lots of new turbo parts for sale by this weekend if anyone is interested.

Re: Which front bumper for best cooling?

I have added a pulsar gtir front bumper. It is not an exact fit with the fender lines but has great cooling area and the stock brake cooling ducts. Also it eliminates the foam insert and 2" of overhang.
