Re: did everyone die ?

I think we're all thrashing to get ready for the next race! I just got the car back yesterday and it made the trip home in fine shape with a little Ohio mud on the fenders. Excellent trip.

Dunno about getting some more Midwest guys together, but the director in that region is pretty fired up about the SE-R Cup after seeing us run and a ton of guys stopped by the garage to ask about building one so you should have something to work with soon.

John,

Do you have the time to do a race writeup for NPM? Any photos?

John,
Do you have a feel for how Lawrence is going to pursue this for next year?
Just curious since I'll be throwing my hat in the ring as well here in the midwest. I have the two Putnum Park events and at least one trip to Mid-ohio penciled in for next year.

Re: did everyone die ?

Mike-

Working on the article this week now that the car is home (left the race results in my race bag in the trunk-doh!). I snapped some photos, but I have to get them from Ryan as they were in his camera.

Steve-

Not sure what LM's plan is, but you can write him directly at mansier-at-zoominternet-dot-net (funny typing to defeat spambots). He told me he was fired up about getting the SE-R Cup going in his area, so give him a shout and you guys may be able to put something cool in place.

Does this mean I missed an announcement regarding 15" wheels within the last week?

So, in theory, I could probably just say that I am looking into my crystal ball, tea leaves, ouija board, etc., and I have forseen that the powers that be will make the long-awaited rules change announcement that 15" wheels will be allowed in place of 14" in 2005 and that I can start my tire and wheel purchasing decisions in the very near future.....
Would that be a safe bet?

And even more importantly, do the tea leaves have anything to say regarding the classification of certain popular early '90s era vehicles built in Smyrna, TN that might need to buy some new letter "A"s in place of the letter "S"s that they may or may not already have?

Re: did everyone die ?

I've only heard rumors. I don't know anything for certain. In my case, Grover's car is being coverted for E Production and will be running 15" slicks. My car uses 15" already.

I paid $600 for them last November. They are shaved but not heat cycled. They are still bound together from the original vendor.

How's $500 + shipping?
