I think it would, but I'm not sure. The rom is structured the same as a B13. The first half of what you posted is not actually the rom. Heres the fix bin, which is what you would actually put on a daughterboard. The easiest way to find out would be just send me an ecu. I'll take a look at it later and see what I can find. That looks very similair physically to a GA16DE ecu. That oscillator may make it difficult to mount the board too.

What size injectors does it use btw? What is the rev limiter?
