Roms in excel format - hope this helps

hope this helps someone.

bunch of popular roms (the main map area) in excel format, hex and dec, good for finding patterns, maps, messing with multiplication factors etc.

take care with the vvl files as i reckon the ecu uses a few different methods to the normal ecu, and it may also need some more of the rom adding.

but its a nice easy way to look at the roms.

good for finding maps

i wish there was an easy may, all done in the method used in my finding maps post.

also, im sure people have realised, but the hex number is wrong, ie the list from 8000, i just copied it across, just change the 8 to whatever number is needed

baring in mind I don't own a sr20, and was just having a quick look last night whilst having a few beers

based on how it looks, and comparing to to the ga and cg values, if I could test the sr ecu I would try 0660

1500 1500 1500 1500 1500 1500 1500 1400 1300
1100 1000 900 800 800 800 1000

660 is correct, cool beans. One caveat though, it seems there are multiple "idle" maps. It only switches to 660 if your dead still. If your barley moving (like slowly creeping to a stop) its going somewhere else because my idle drops back to ~800. More hunting.

I believe Chris suggested 660 first, I just never got around to trying it, silly me.

Do you mean the injector start pulse width table, if so I believe it is at 0320.

I've been working out where the maps are based on the routine that calls them. Theres a bunch, but not all seem to have much in them. Its depressing how many maps there are. We need to start a comprehensive document of all the maps, where they're called, what they do if known, and whats in the code near them if known.
