Alternative Injectors with E-manage

So, couldn't find anything about this anywhere by searching, so here's a query for those more informed than myself:

E-manage can handle pretty much any injector upgrade within reason (I'm aware of the limitations), are there any other nissan OEM (or other injectors) that will fit into my stock rail that "flow more" fuel than the stock 259cc injectors? because, instead of bashing our head against the wall getting JDM injectors (which I think my 370ccs are pretty toasted) why don't we try some persay... Maxima injectors? Nissan Truck Injectors? Would any of them insert into the rail? anyone have specifications on flow? If they need resistors, let's make a trip to radioshack! Am I missing key details?

We could definitely get injectors at the pick-n-pull for cheap probably and there are a lot of different nissan ones on e-bay.

EDIT: I am aware that 370s are not in short supply, just wondering if I this would work.

www.deatschwerks.com They are all re-manufactured and flow tested. And they come complete with documentation.

Were installing 550's into my buddys SR today using an enthalpy .bin file.
Ill write back a later today to let you know how well they worked.

And, heres an Acrobat file you might find fun to play with....

Subaru 480's and 550's work, the clips need some modification though.

Theyll set you back about $200.....I personally would rather buy deats injectors of ebay for $90 more.

interesting - when you say clips - you're talking about the wiring harnesses? probably be best to just cut the s00bie wiring harness then. They'll literaly "fit" into my fuel rail physically?

do you know what cars have these injectors? and which parking lots I can find them in? ;-) j/k my friend just wrecked his 2.5 non-turbo subaru... I wonder what he's got.

A bit more research reveals...

So now I understand top-feed versus side-feed. I am side-feed which is more expensive it seems. What if I were to hack together a fuel rail from say a DSM to fit my intake tube layout (which would be highly likely different obviously, and then hook up my stuff with the clever use of O-Rings in the Injectors input ports, would I blow myself up or am I speaking logically? it just seems to make sense to me if it would work because there are some hella cheap high flow injectors out there that really need a home.

hmmmmmmmmmmm I wish more people had something to say about this. I'm going to try and post in the turbo forum.
