B14 Daughterboard?

I see the B13 daughterboard available in the SR20forum store, but I am interested in a B14 daughterboard for a friend. Is the hardware itself going to be different? I don't need anything burnt onto it, just the hardware itself ready to be burnt. What direction would I need to go in for this? Thanks!

The B14 DB still isn't available. The process to go about burning the rom, would be exactly the same as the B13 if I'm not mistaken.

I personally dont know.

You could always try what the S14 240sx guys do.

Make a harness adaptor that will allow you to run a B13 ECU using a B14 harness. Im sure theres parts that would have to be switched, just dont know which ones.

I recall someone on or off of the forum was looking into building these. Can't recall who exactly.

Never looked into it, I just read about it a little.

It would probably mean buying the male plug off of an B13 harness then cross referencing wire colors using a B13/B14 FSM.

If the B14 plug could plug into a B13 ecu then you probably wouldnt need to do anything more than switch some wires around.

b14 wiring harness plug is not anything like a b13 plug.

But I agree I think you could just rewire a b14 harness into a b13 plug. You'd loose a few things like the CAS and Air intake temp sensor.

I had thought about doing this so I could run a U12 or U13 ECU but just never got around to it or had the time.

It's not that it's a big job but it's just tedious making sure you have all the connections correct and small details. You were talking about a crossover harness right?

If you want I could build it for you if you have the parts. Always looking for something to do at night. Hit me up on the phone or e-mail and let me know.

I'd love to order a B14 daughterboard and see how it stacks up against a JWT ECU.
