digital dash - base timing, timing during driving?

what should i be seeing as for timing at idle, accel and deaccel? i dont think mine is correct for what im seeing. high as 35 and as low as 5.

mod's: (if it matters at all?)

JDM soko motor
ur crank pulley
PR CAI (half installed)
act clutch set
fidanza fly

last tune up maybe 8k-10k miles. car pulls strong and feels great. recenty have the VC off and it was CLEAN in there...

theres more but none that i think could possible affect.

I don't remember exact numbers, but my I/E motor has 20-30* timing spikes at idle - nothing wrong
