I am experiencing some problems with my tuned ECU. Sometimes all of a sudden it will cut out and not rev past 2000RPM, and to remedy the problem, the car must be shut off and the engine stop completely before the car can be used past 2000RPM. The problem is getting worse and worse. This is in a race car so it's quite detrimental to the racing effort to have to shut the car down mid-race and wait to restart it.
Anybody experience this problem or have any ideas on how to go about solving it?

I'm not sure, although the same problem occured with this ECU in my street car. Strange though, in the street car it only happens when crawling in traffic, but in the race car it can cut out anywhere in the powerband.
Come to think of it, the MAF wiring may be faulty, the MAF is located pretty far from the engine, in fact the MAF us upside down just so the wiring will rach the MAF.
Well not the same problem, I can start my car and now first start it won't rev past 1.5 to 2k. Turn the car off, Touch the MAF wires and then start the car and its fine. It never cuts out while driving. It only started happening after I made a certain change to the ecu.
