Nissan Primera (P10E) SR20Di .adr file

Hello, guys!

Did you have SR20Di (P10E) correct .adr file?
My friend have that motor (single point injection) on his european Primera P10, as he wants to change his cams, he's need some portion of ECU tuning. I'll do it for him, just need an address map.

Thanks

Attached Primera Euro SR20Di rom...

Interesting things: it has Lucas ECU, it has a second board attached inside, but has no 40-pin interface. It has (I think UV-eraseable) ROM inside on main board. So it may be changed to flash-type memory and must be directly reprogrammable?

More interesting things: I've plugged SR20DE (from Infinity G20) ECU to SR20Di motor... And it was able to start and running!!! No errors codes was detected in ECU. Just one thing I have seen as abnormal: tachometer won't show any readings.

So, these ECUs are interchangeable? Maybe I need to try run Di ECU at my DE motor?

Yes, it is like Hitachi ECU for SR20Di.
The three big chips are:
HD63B03YCP (top chip)
HD83140CP (middle chip)
MB672451 (bottom chip)

It is ECU from a '93 Nissan Primera P10E SR20Di

So did you know how to program that ECU?
I will insert a 256-bit flash rom instead of a UV-erased rom and program it with the rom file I have posted before? What's about an address map for that file?

It is not at 7788.
The rev limiter something about 6500 rpm, not 7500.

The runs graph and data attached.

There is no 6500 16-byte limiter found, it must be HEX 0208 value.
I've tried to test some 8-bit 6500 rev limiter values, it must be HEX 82 value.
As the maps seems to be all in &7000+ area, I've tried
71F9 - no result
7AB3 - no result
7CE3 - no result
7FF9 - no result, engine does not starting at all...

So many '82' hex in rom file, to many time needed to test all locations. anybody knows how to find actual rev limiter?
