Anyone know what maps are read in limp mode?

I've got a bin that runs super lean during normal operation while idling, but when I unhook the maf, the afr drops to 10:1 at idle.

Does anyone know where these limp mode maps are read from? Does they read the programed K values? Or the stock K value from some other location?

I'm trying to determine if theres an issue with my injectors not being the size they were advertised as, or if theres an issue with the program on my ecu.

Thanks for any help.

looks like it reads whatever the stock values of the ecu were from some place not stored in the eeprom/program.

Fixed the problem I was having

car wouldn't idle w/ my 800cc injectors because the injector latency was set wrong. If I unplugged my maf, the ecu would read values for the stock 370cc injectors and she'd idle just perfect (but drive like ass obviously)

When the injector latency was bumped up it all worked out

what injectors do you have? What program are you using to edit your roms? I use romedit, its on the global tab under the K Value.

you will probably need to adjust the injector latency then to get it to run right. I have SARD 800cc injectors and it would idle at 21:1afr off the chart lean because the injector latency was set too low.
