Wanted: 12.5:1 or11.5:1 VE tune!

Tuners for the area that I live are a myth. I'm trying to boost compression on my VE but the only thing holding back is a good tune or at least something I can run the car. I know would be nearly impossible to get but it does not hurt to try. Any 12.5:1 or 11.5:1 N1 cams too or regular. Is there any high compression tunes out there please post them here or sell it to me.
Anything higher than stock VE compression would be very appreciated too.
