Curentlly im runnin' a AEM C.A.I and a cat back exaust. When tax time comes, im lookin into a new cam setup with adjustable gears, a full header setup, a new ECU, and AEM power pullies. Any suggestions on the ECU? Im thinking JWT.

uhh..the only option you have is JWT and you have to use the b14 ecu if you're going that route. AEM power pullies? only company i'm aware of that makes pullies for the SE is unorthodox...cams, the only option you have is JWT as well

If you run a JWT ECU for your NA setup, it's going to be a pain in the ass just to get a change in rev limit and a better program. You're best bet is to go turbo then, IMO. If not, just get a SAFC-II and be done with it to maximize your NA mods. S3R cams would be very nice with a full header setup.
