I saw Autoweek on Speedvision last night - had a favorable review of the 2000 Sentra SE. Noticed an OE STB during the engine bay shot. Emailed Courtesy and contacted local dealer asking if the new STB would fit 98+ Sentras. Critical to fit:
1) Are the strut towers in same location/configuration?
2) Clearance over 98+ emissions?(should be)
3) Clearance under 98+ hood?
The answers were "I don't know." Think you could find out, Brian? Or anyone with access to both vehicles. Could be an inexpensive(?) and functional solution for 98+ Sentras. I'm open to any ideas/info.
Ichecked out the 2k SEntra. It wont work.
they removed those extra tubes, and changed the intake manifold, it looks like it sits a little lower. So their bar wouldnt work
