Some of you are familiar with the SR20 swapped B12 I bought from Calum before he moved. I've finally come to the conclusion that I'm never going to get around to doing anything with it.
I'm still doing a lot of work on my B14 Sentra and I just bought another 200sx that will be converted to daily driver duties. I need to do some stuff with that car, then I'll be getting rid of the old 200sx. I've got 4 SR20 powered cars, way too many irons in the fire. The B12 is just sitting there... at my parent's house at least.
If you're not familiar- It's fully gutted with red chalky paint. It has low compression in one cylinder. 160, 160, 120, 160 or something like that, I can't remember the exact numbers. It has fifth gear popout, water and gas gauges don't work, it needs an axle boot, it has a hole rusted in the spare tire well from sitting water (it was a rescued junk yard shell), but zero rust anywhere else (well OK, one dime sized surface rust spot by the gas lid).
There are positives- It runs pretty well even with 1 low comp cylinder, it's pretty clean inside, the body is straight outside (paint sucks), it's got some nice Pulsar NX seats, new MOOG ball joints and tie rod ends, new cap and rotor, new nissan spark plug wires, a new header, a nice aluminum VW radiator, a basketball sized tach, a Calum ecu or course, and even a sweet dual side pipe exhaust.
I paid $500 for it and dumped several hundred dollars more into it. I'm looking to get $500 back out of it. I'm sure somebody would want it, but I figured I'd ask here first. Maybe Calum wants to buy it back! Here are a few pictures:
People...its a HOOT to drive. does need brakes ***. But she does scream. All the hard work has been done to it so even if you replaced the motor it will be easy. ive drained a lot of blood and sweat onto this car with Calum and Dave...its worth the 500 easily.
