ok so ive recently purchased a g20 and I was wondering if the ser had more aggresive cams from the factory my g20 has low end power but in the top end of the power band where my ser used to shine my g20 is not really making any power I realize the cams could be different ive checked everything on the car seems to be in good running order just let me know bout the cams thanks.

Cams are the same, but the difference in gearing is what you were feeling. The G20 also weighs more, so that will hurt the butt dyno.

That's a good tip if his G20 is a 94 or later with the high port motor.
If it's a 90 - 93, you just told him to needlessly replace his current good parts with other good parts.
