Sound's like a blast. Have fun you guys. I agree, Aaron, Louis is very cool. We are gonna make a racer out of him, yet.
As for me, I would love to do a drag race sometime, but I doubt I woud beat anybody. Not sure I would wan't to putter down the track w/ a lot of people there.

Got a rod knocking. The old NX isn't sounding too good either...
Don't worry I am sure you could outrun me. Its an auto. It picks up real good when it gets up in the rpms, but I can't launch it higher than 2k, so it launches very slowly. I am telling you people you should come to the track I go to in Lawrenceburg. It isn't that busy. The time we went to Union Hill my friend only got to run twice cause it was so busy. And that was on a Tuesday. At our track you can run as much as you want. Their usually aren't any ricers there at all. Except for me. I was called a ricer by some guys with a bright yellow turbo eclipse that was slow as hell. It pissed me off.
OK if they didn't close the track cause of rain, you guys have to tell us your times. Seems that every time they have an import night up there it rains.
Sometimes it doesn't work though. Are you thinking about coming down? I really want to see the difference it makes with your car Louis. It is supposed to be the slowest track around, but you can't beat the traction. A few years ago the owner spent a couple million to redo the entire track. From what I know cars are usually a couple tenths faster at union hill.
Yup just went to it and checked. Like half of the stuff works. The winners thing is from last year. The directions thing works though.
I might be able to make it to the Oct. 18 import night, and most likely a small group of imports will come with me. The time I raced at union hill, I almost made it to the very end(I think I ran 5 or 6 times). I was the second to last import standing and I went head to head with the other import and broke-out, so he won......otherwise I would have been the last import standing and have to run with the few musclecars left.

hey aaron i got a 92 se-r with nothing but pop charger not as fast as my bros car (louis) but i wanna see what the car can do. oh ya the 18th is a friday i believe.
you broke out david??? how? you shouldnt have unless you did something stupid like writing down a lower number. thats why autos rule at such things, consistancy. what did you do to cause you to break out?

I was a bit too modest I guess, that plus I'd never drag raced before. I think my dial in was a 10.98 and I ran a 10.96. Actually, I didn't care if I won a race, actually my goal was to break out. I(the auto) was rather consistent though, I ran right at 11.00 all night, until I just really wanted to beat that damn yellow big bodykitted,5 spd. eclipse. I don't remember who crossed first, but it was very close...he didn't get by the family car though.
I will try my best to make it the 18th. Hopefully we can get a good amount of us. From what I saw the one night I went there most of the cars are pretty slow. With the exception of Louis car.
as it gets closer ill find out if i have any prior plans that ive forgotten about. id say ill go to watch. dont need to be humiliating myself with the slow ass luxo-crusier.
anyone know if they have regular test and tune nights up there. I would like to have a better idea of what the car will do at that track before then, so that I will have a better idea of a dial-in.
