Ennis 1/4mile: Saturday 10th 9am-5pm Test n Tune!

Hey guys, just found out that on Saturday November 10th from 9am-5pm Ennis will be open for Test and Tune. It costs 15 bux to race and 8 bux to spectate. This will probably be your last chance to get a 1/4mile time for your car till spring. I am going to be meeting up with some people at the track and I hope to see some more SR20's there to help me represent

yeah man I have to work on Saturday morning. Damn . I really feel bad. I have never tried out my car on the track. hey how much did it cost you guys to dyno your car. I know a place that charges 65 for 3 pulls. They are really cool. It's Intercrew here in Richardson. Let me know if you guys want to try this out.

Intercrew sux really bad, please don't give them any business.. they have screwed over some of my friends.. Even my friend Will who used to work there.
Anyways I know a shop called Speedworks off of 121 that will give u 3 dyno runs for 60 bux and they even hook up the A/F so you can see if youre running lean/rich

ya, speedworks is good, but I can't talk bad about intercrew, they have always been good to me, and did my brothers motor swap, and the distributor went bad in it a few weeks afterwards, and replaced it, but who knows, I have not been over there in a while ya, I wanna get my car dynoed though.

$15 bucks to race means you pay and race as many times as you can during the night. if it's crowded, then you won't get many runs...if it's not crowded, you can get a lot of runs in

i gotta try it sometime too....just not this weekend

I'm plannin on showin up at 2:30pm and stayin till it ends at 5... and hoping to get 3 races out of it to be worth it.

If i can only get 1 race between 2:30 and 5 then i'll go ahead and show up early with Matt at 11ish

ok this is my predicament... it starts at 9am... and i got a movie at 12noon in Highland Park to see..... SO... I can be at the track at 9am and be there till 11am then hightail it to highland park then at 2pm after the movie head BACK to the track and stay till 5 then go to Huffines....

But I won't do that if i don't HAVE to... it depends on how crowded it'll be... do you think it'll be crowded? I'm hoping to get in 3 races between 2pm and 5pm... is that possible?? or will i be in line too damn long... i mean.. keeping in mind that cars run the 1/4 MAX in 17 seconds each... so TECHNICALLY u can get 2 races per minutes with time to spare... and 2 races per minute means 120 races in an hr... which means 360 races from 2pm till 5pm... will i get 3 outta 360? heheh..... math whiz here..............

14.7? Good job Matt!! How many runs did you get in? Was it crowded? Did anybody else go? How did Alex do?

Did that guy with the turbo Golf go? The one who dyno'ed 320.

i only ran 6 times because i didnt want to run it TOO much. i DO have my limits haha. But i coulda seriously ran abotu 15 times if I kept going back in line.. it wasnt too crowded at all. I forgot what alex ran.. a mid-high 16 in that range but im sure he'll post. I met a ton of ppl i know up there...

My friend Jason ran his GTP with i/e/pulley to a 14.2

Jaysons GTi VR6 with chip/exhaust ran a 14.8 and pulled a 2.1 60ft

Turbo GTi VR6 ran a 13.4
the 320whp 1.8T didnt make it out

GSR with intake ran a 15.6

Prelude with i/h/e ran a 15.2 (i dont think he could launch very well .. 2.4 60ft)
