Well the Florida guys finally made it home

we finally got back to vero beach at 8am EST on Wed. it took me 3 more hours to get to Fort lauderdale, for a total time of 43 hours, nonstop. that is 9,120,000 Revolutions of Justins motor, and 2,750 miles. we got pulled over twice in texas, and i got a tickit for 85 in a 70.

it was all worth it though, i can finally put faces on so many of you.

thanks a lot guys for such a good time.
Will.

I really hope you are joking. We try to have a very good relationship with Embassy, and stuff like this doesn't help. Last year, someone threw a fire work in the lobby. Everyone has to remember that we are guests at the hotel, and if we want to have further conventions and stay at Embassy, we need to behave. We have dealt with them for over 5 years now, and they are always nice to us. We also try to hold ourselves above the typical "import crowd" that people see on TV and movies. Stealing a secuirty cart, and bosting about almost getting thrown out of a hotel, doesn't help at all. Maybe I'm getting old, but the people I've hung out with at conventions maybe a little loud, but we've never done anything to get in trouble with the hotel staff. I sure hope you guys didn't ruin our future chances with Embassy, or any other hotel.

The hotel staff had no clue who we were, we made no mention of SERCA, mainly because there was no discount or benifit of mentioning it. We booked/paid for the hotel before hand, with no connection to SERCA. As for the golf cart at the DI, that was the idea of someone else, who I will not bring into this, but he is very cool, and VERY respected. The security guard was a cool guy and just took it back. We moved it a total of about 20 ft. As for last year, I dont know anything about that, except for who was launching roman candles off the balcony.

Re: Well the Florida guys finally made it home

it was no crime, they were upset about the owell, but that was just because of "Pablo". (you know what i mean if you were there)

as for the golf cart, the guard didnt care, he was just like WTF hapened to my cart. it was around the corner. i wont even mention who told us to steal it. it was all in good fun.

i think you had to be there to understand.

Re: Well the Florida guys finally made it home

and as for the owell, it was put right back in its place, no harm done (plastic) and no real hard feelings.

as for how they treated us frome the moment we entered the hotel is another story. we are paying them, and they try to tell us that if we are under 21 we cant walk through the lobby without our parents? i am not a fan of that embassy suites.

It's a custom side exhaust, It doesn't have a muffler.

SER TJ is right, its a custom 2.5" side exit exhaust, just piping from the cat back. Sounds nice down low, but entirely too loud up top, and very raspy up top. I am going to be putting a bullet muffler right after the cat to see if that helps.

Will....stop spelling stuff wrong. Its owl not owell.

I think I told will before, and I'll say it again, you guys are nuts for driving all that way, but at the same time its awesome that you did. If I wasnt starting my new job, I would have went along. I know I always find some excuse to not go to the convention, but I promise I will try my hardest to make it to the 05' one. And if Will and Justin are goin, I will caravan with them!
