c3 CAMS

This would probably be the next major mod to the beast. I am very satisfied with the 91 cam but I want to beat TYPE-R without squeezing . My wheels actually are on it's way. It is like that wheels that are on MATT4NISSAN's car. Hey James what do you think about C3's on 100shot? Would it work? Oh by the way I already got some camber plates and when the next paycheck gets here the bushings and the GC coilovers will be in. No more wheelhop like crazy on the track. I love my car now that I have the 14's steelies on it. It's funny looking but way faster than 17's.

Bryan.

The C-3's will work with the 100 shot. You'll have to get the ecu reprogramed for them and mabe spend some time on the dyno to tune them rite. I don't know how they will do on emissions though? Pretty radical cams

Yeah, those C3's are full race cams, but they should pass emisions alright. They are not going to be fun on the street below 2500rpms, and like James said, you will have to tune them on a dyno. Cam gears would be a good thing to get. I believe Naji said the Tomei cam gears were the easiest to work with. He said that it was ESSENTIAL to tune the cams on a dyno for a low port motor.

If you have trouble passing emissions, just get your inspection done in a county outside of Dallas and Tarrant. Like here in Travis county, there is no emissions testing.

Bryan, you are going to have a MONSTER car!!

THe reason that I asked is because this guy is selling is C3's for 400 bucks . Pretty cheap. I need to get some cam gears and some valve springs too. I don't really know if I should wait for my new motor for this. So are you guys doing something tomorrow night?

remember, Idon't want to shoot nos .I don't knowwhat's an ITRS? I just don't know about your can MATT. It seems like it has a lot of power for an sr20. Maybe it's that 19 degrees advanced timing.
