well, sorry to say this, but I'm through with the scene. I am tired of this crap happening to me and putting me into debt. It's an expensive hobby that I can't afford. Maybe I will take up RC car racing, that looks pretty cheap

Oh yeah, Bryan called me and got dibs on the pacesetter header, so scratch that from the list.

Matt,

Sorry to hear the bad news, bro. 1/4 mile running IS an expensive hobby. I too gave up hopes on that. I just street race whenever I can.

Actually from watching RC racing years ago, they get pretty trashed too, so that might be pricey as well!

For cheap racing fun, buy yourself Need For Speed: High Stakes and Porsche Unleashed plus a decent steering wheel and pedals ... where you can even trash your competitor's rides and not have to pay the bill!

But then again, I just had a custom computer built with Win98 so I could play load those games faster, so maybe it's not such a cheap hobby after all.

$220 for towing ... man, I'm buying a tow truck and staking out the dragstrips!
