Valve shim

Does anyone have an extra one? The guy at north texas nissan said they come in differant heights im not sure if this is true with our cars or not...enlighten me. I preferably need one from someone local(around the general area of where george bush starts from rowlett road all the way to 35e and from 35e to denton) since i could get it from the dealership a few days after but i need to get my car out of the walmart parking lot asap. Thanks for any kind of help

They are all different sizes unless you need the one with the groove in it. Those are standard size. if it isn't one of those, you need one of those snazzy tools that Pat(Yahnoza) sells to properly measure for the right thickness one you need.

yeah i need the one with the ridge in it. thanks for the help do you know of anyone around the dallas area who has some extra?

Even if your replacing the retainer shim, you will still need to measure the vavle stem heigh to get the correct thickness of shim for the other valve stem.
