Thats going to be hard to argue and fight against the city. Im pretty sure they are gonna say, "what pothole?" or "its not our fault you had avoid it", "blah, blah, blah" Worth a try though!

city wont do sh*t about it. I poped two tires on one of those metal plates in the ground and called them and told me that "they were properly installed and there is no way possible" ya, when they stick out over 2 inches and your tires are like rubber bands......................just file it with your insurance and be done with it

Thanks guys........I've decided I'm going w/ a body kit. I also getting the same kind of wheel and tires. Now I just need to find out Monday if an account that we have does body work as well. I'll post pix as soon as my car is done. I'm hoping it will be done by Sept. 7th. I would like to be done by Aug. 3rd for HIN, but who knows.

I got my car back last week and it's back to stock, there's too many uneasy feelings about getting a kit. I would spend 700 on the kit and anywere from 300-1000 to get the kit on, based on how the kit looks and crap. So I'm not going to drop that much into my car yet........... I'm getting a new alarm put on today, new struts later this week and then when the rest of my system arrives, a new head unit. I"m soooooo excited.
