DET swap started *pics*

On Saturday v4lu3s and I were able to prep the engine for the swap (marked all the plugs, removed axles, tie rods, disconnected radiator, etc. etc.). More pics will be on the way..if you all want me to take step-by-step pics i will.

btw, please note the h22a powered hatch next to my car. all that needs to be done is get the custom-made axles and fix a small fuel leak. it will be fun cruising around town in these two cars.

i love my DET. i really do.

Where are you located man?? Since ive got a DET installed on my 97...Its just an idea, anyways...Good luck!

i live in Plano, but we're doing the swap down in Houston.

I do have one question, though. To mount the IC how much of the bumper did you (or anyone else w/ a stock fmic) have to cut away, or did you do any cutting at all? if there are better ways than hacking at it i would like to know. thanks.
