Tulsa area. I've seen a guy with a nice red classic driving around. looks about in his twentys. ten spoke wheels and a pretty decent body kit. don't know what he's runnin, never had the chance to ask.

I'm wondering if he's on the boards.

My driver's side inner CV-joint went bad at a RallyCross in Bartlesville last weekend. There's an autocross in Muskogee on Sunday, but my SE-R will have to stay home. I'd say to come on down and take a ride, but whether or not I'll have a car to co-drive is still up in the air.

There are a half dozen SR20DE people in Oklahoma that I can think of off the top of my head. I've met SCCA Chris from OKC through autocrosses and Toddles82 from Bartlesville through a SE-R meet in Kansas City.

Hey guys. Sorry, I haven't been checking the forum lately. It's good to see the OK boys coming out of the cracks. You all need to get on the KCSERCA list! I'm in Stillwater during the school year, but reside in Bartlesville.

I'm in Denver, haven't been on the forum much though, usually just the mailing list. CO does seem devoid of car enthusiasts, but there are some around. Check out www.dynopro.com, there are some amazing cars out here somewhere.

Later,
Matt

that's nice. I'm still running free mods. but I'm installing a '91 cam this weekend, and if I get my MAF adapter I'm installing my CAI too. and changing to redline MT-90. hopefully I'll be rocketing some more ricer next week.

yep, I got my cam installed, runs great and pulls hard. I recieved my adapter but still haven't installed the CAI, I gotta oil the filter and bore out that hole.

I did get my MT-90 though, I can't tell much of a difference. I changed from 45,000 mile old OEM to MT-90, and I can't tell a difference it's still notchy, and still whines...is this something that will go away?

I went from cheap stuff to Redline MT-90, and I didn't feel a big difference at first. Gear engagement is a little more positive and smooth, mainly on downshifts. And cold shifts are a little more fluid.

I don't know about the gear whine. Maybe it could be a bad axle or a worn tire?
