Struts rattle

I just install some struts on the rear. The rear driver making some clunking noise. I thought the rear seat was not hook up right. I fixed it, but first came the squeek then the rattle, what the F**** is going on?

any one had their strut put in, let me know what I did wrong and fix the annoying noise.
