found out that my bearings are shot. i have decided to buy a long block DET. that way, i think it's less hassle and i know what the budget is. thought about cleaning and re-surface the one i have, but that can get expensive quick. i should have my new DET in about 2 weeks, meanwhile, i'll be taking the old one out~!
i have neva take an engine out and/or install one in, so i'll try to follow the steps in the FSM. if any of you guys know a better/faster way to do it, please let me know~! thanks alot~!

if you have a/c just take the hoses off when you take out the radiator

1. jack car up and put on jack stands
2 Drain ALL fluids except brake
3. remove hood
4. remove battery, and battery tray
5. the stock air box, the air intake hose
6. remove the radiator hoses mounts and radiator from the bay
7. remove tires (stock lug nuts are 19mm)
8. remove axle nuts (32mm or 1 1/4)
9. take the 2 17 mm bolts for your suspension off(shock to wheel hub thingy)
10.remove the 3 bolts(14mm??) for your passengerside axle mount, its on the back of the block.
11. remove the axles
12. take out all the bolts holding the tranny to the motor, im pretty sure theres 9, your starter will be 2 bolts from below the air box remove those frst get under the car again and disconnect the wire(12 mm nut) and the ground
13. remove any wires attached to the tranny(digital dash, speedo cably, N.S.S., reverse lights)
14. remove the bolt holding the shifter to the tranny(under the car in the rear of the tranny by the rear motor mount, and remove the 5 17mm bolts under there from the tranny as well)
remove the 3 17 mm bolts from the mount
15. wiggle the tranny off the motor

all of that took me the first time i did it an hour and a half now it takes 20 mins if i have all the tools with me inan orderly fashion

16. attach the cherry picker to the motor at theis time and put a little bit of tension on the motor. (you can also use a jack just to hold it up)

17. remove the bar that goes from the front of the motor to the rear motor mount(the front motor mount bolt and the rear motor mount bolt have to be taken out as well.)

18. remove all wires attached to the motor theres 2 under the intake manifold that you have to take off from under the car, dont forget about the grounds onthe rear of the motor(i do all the time and i end up having to make new grounds.)

19. remove power steering hose from resevior

20. attach cherry picker to the motor now if you didnt before take out the last motor mount bolt and raise the motor just enough to take the power steering off, use a bungee cord to keep tension off of the p/s lines

21. remove the motor the rest of the way from the car

i may have missed something i dont remmeber but youll be able to see if i did miss something
