compression tester stuck in spark's hole!!!!!

I removed the first spark plug, screw the compression tester in, crank the engine, compression is shown. Relieve the pressure, try to unscrew the tester....... the tester isn't unscrewing... only the rubber hose turnin!!

It's unaccessible by any long noses...
the only hope resting... is reduce the width of my 11" long nose.

Have any idea ?? except removing the head ? i don't have time for that right now and no place too

yikes, how tight did you screw it in? dump some wd40 in there overnight and see if that helps if not cut the hose and get some needle nose pliers in there. good luck

worse comes to worse you could probably get a reverse thread easy out or drill , but then you have to worry about shavings...

cut hose
go get a square bar, 1/2 inch on e/side, about 12 inches or so long.

take a grinder and grind all 4 sides it so it tapers in. at the end of the taper should be about 3/8 - 5/16 or so square. then put a point on the end.

pound it in and un screw.

The idea is just like those screw extractors but only bigger and longer (LOL, thats what she said last night)

For reference look at Snap-On product #: SR40K

This happened to me however, i noticed my compression tester actually had a hex nut on it that would let you get a bit i think 11/16s or somethin down there to unscrew the tester. Does yours have it?

nope, i didn't retry yet..
what is that "go get a square bar, 1/2 inch on e/side, about 12 inches" Kick ass math ?

Screwdriver dont work...
the best result i had was with a copper pipe cutted in 2 pieces with hyper crazy glue..

the copper twist!! but not the spark
next time i will put JB weld i think maybe it will work.

Mechanical shop here don't know how to do it...
