Brakes getting air into them

Last time I bleed my brakes was last november. I had to do it again this weekend before my autocross because they didnt feel to great. There wasnt a ton of air in them, but it was still there. It felt much better after it was bleed. My question is, how does air get into the system? Last time my brake line was leaking at the banjo bolt, so that was obviously the cause. I bleed the brakes in the order the FSM stated, and the first one (drivers side rear), seemed like it had most of the air in it. I also noticed that the passenger side rear had lots of dirty fluid coming out of it. All of the others appeared clean. This one almost looked like there where small particles in the fluid. Could this mean the caliper seals are bad on that caliper? The front calipers are Rebuild AD22's from autozone (maybe a year old), and the rears are I believe the original calipers from 1991.

look for trails of moisture or rust, i'd guess that your master cylinder is leaking internally but if you have to keep adding dot 3 it must be an external leak.
