Hotshot install help for 95' se-r

1. Does the O2 sensor actually have to be spliced and lengthened?
2. Where do I locate the O2 sensor?
3. Is it better to plug the egr valve on the header? (already gonna plug up the AIV hole)

Any other tips and help is greatly appreciated!

1. No, you don't have to lengthen the wires
2. The O2 will be in roughly the same place
3. Leave the EGR connected.

1. my o2 sensor was long enough to to still attach to the bracket on the "black box", but it is super tight. if you want some slack, you can lengthen it, i guess.

2. the o2 sensor screws into the hole that is the same size as the o2 sensor. look at my thread that you posted in earlier for reference. it should be the same.

3. if you plug the egr bung on the header, you will need to block off the rest of the egr system. i was thinking about doing this when i was having trouble getting the egr fitting off the stock mani. here's a hint that i picked up on my header this past weekend: if you are having trouble getting the egr fitting off the stock mani, DON"T strip the bolt. undo all the nuts that bolt the manifold on, then unbolt it from the secondary, and jiggle that bastard around. that's what i had to do to break the rust.

hope this helps. - jeff
