ECU Code 3,2 EGR Function

My check engine light came on a few days ago, I read the codes and and got 3,2 EGR function....Checked the vacum lines and one was cracked, fixed it and th elight went out...Car is running fine BTW. This morning and 150 miles later the light came back on...Can I drive like this or will an EGR stop me cold?
What next, how do I know if the valve is bad? Anyhelp please, and I searched as well...That's why I'm here....Thanks..

well the reason it came back on is because afeter 150 miles the ecm looks back at the problem and sees if it is still fixed, you might want to replace the whole vaccuum line going to the egr i did this on my 1.6 with the same problem and it fixed it. also if the line kepps comming off then use a zip tie to sucure it
