My Highport Sr20de bogging =(

A couple months back i took my car in to be smogged and it didn't pass. Had the EGR cleaned out and it was fixed. This also stopped the constant bogging i had from 2-3k RPMs. Now it's come back and i don't know what it could be. Just had the sparkplugs replaced and got it cleaned again but it's still bogging. Any suggestions. (yes i have searched)...
