coilover question...

1. is there supposed to be that much play between the spring at the top of the shock? (*****note... the front of my car is jacked up, but the wheels arent off the ground*****)

2. notice that broken circular plate at the top, is that a major problem?

(i bought the car with this suspension already installed)

I Think That The Top Is Definitely Broekn..the Coils Usually Sag Like That When The Car Is Jacked In The Air..they Look To Be Gc Or A Generic Brand..i Usually Place A Thick Rubber Mount On Top Of Them To Prevent This From Happening
