Clutches

I just had mine adjusted and they charged me 1/2 hour labour.
Anyways clutch feels way different than before now has like a little free play and then my clutch kicks in... as before had no freeplay and all at the top... Just wondering how the clutches here in the forum are like

u can adjust it yourself...its simple its just a lock nut and a small wheel u turn right at the linkage. its right by your battery behind and under the fuse box i believe.

Okay here's the thing... my dealer says I have 26mm left on my clutch... How much does the 99 SE Limited's Clutch Start off with? I don't think I ride it much just trying to figure out how much has worn since I bought it in Oct 99 till now. 28K on the car now so I doubt it should have really worn down much... Maybe I just paranoid
