Motivational coilover install question

Hey guys,

To any of you who have installed Motivationals:

When I push the shaft of the strut down, it does not come back up at all. It stays down forever and does not come back up unless I pull it up, very much like a blown strut.

These have already been pre-adjusted by Motivational and I have not adjusted them whatsoever. Is this condition normal?

Most struts I see come back up when you compress them.

This is normal, mine doesn't comes up either. I called Mike at Motivational and he said it's normal.
