How do I bleed my brakes by myself without having speedbleeders?

I did a seach online and found this but I don't know if I really agree with it. What does anyone think?

Here is the link:

Apparently, Mirage uses the auto-zone DIY kit.

You probably already know this, but just in case, the bleed order on our cars isn't standard, and doesn't follow the "farthest from MC first" pattern. Make sure you get the right bleed order before you go forward with it.

For what it's worth, I managed to bleed mine alone without speed bleeders on the rears. I used pretty much the technique (with a tube, but no other "kit") they describe here, except I ran through (much) more than "a few seconds" of fluid w/out bubbles. I used a cinder block to hold down the brake pedal when it was time to close the bleeder. The pedal feel is great (nx brake upgrade), but it took longer than it would have with an assistant.

My friend purchased this power bleeder and it has worked quit well for both his Sti and my sentra It worked best to also purchase the cap that screws onto the MC over there generic cap that you have to use two small chains to get the pressure fit.

Dang , the best way to bleed the brakes is the other one person method , basicly get a bottle about 1/4 full of brake fluid , use a length of vacuum hose , put one end in the fluid , one on the bleader, open bleader, then slowly pump the brake pedal 10 times to the floor , then close the bleader, remove hose, do all 4 wheels, again starting from firthest from the Master ..... Be sure to check the fluid level between each wheel ....and be sure the other end of the hose stays in the brake fluid .....

I use that same Motive pressure bleeder on all my cars and it works awesome. I agree though, getting the adapter that fits our reservoir is the way to go. The one it comes with with the chain and clips sucks ass.
