68 Misfire detected - cylinder no. 1

'99 P11 Automatic with 97,500 miles. Car hesitates/surges sometimes going down the road. I have replaced the following:

Spark plugs
Cap
Rotor
Plug Wires

I have cleaned the following:

EGR

Anyone have any ideas?

Only thing I can figure is a bad injector.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It could be an injector, headgasket leak, intake manifold gasket leak.

To check the injector, it's easy, just use a voltmeter and ohm out the injector.
To check the intake manifold gasket, let the car idle and spray carb cleaner around where the gasket is and see if the idle comes up/smoothes out. This is the gasket between the manifold and head.
