JDM hesitation

Just did my JDM SR20DE swap in the NX. Ran fine for about 150 miles, then started bogging down badly under part or full throttle. Under light throttle, the bogging stopped, but then you could feel the engine cutting out. I could smell gas and the car used almost 1/4 of a tank in 30 miles (the distance home from when the problem started - during stop and go rush hour traffic). Here's the things I checked (or replaced recently) and items of note:

1. Cut #1 plug wire - the sleeve is cut and the inner braid is nicked. I have ordered another set. It is producing spark, but it is very erratic and spottily bright, not even.
2. New fuel pump (Walbro 190 LPH - regular flow)
3. When I pull the injector harness for the #1 injector, it appears the engine state does not change (as it does with the other three cylinders).
4. EGR is fine
5. AAVI and BPT is fine
6. New PVC valve
7. New fuel filter
8. Regrounded (proper voltage) MAF
9. Place Racing CAI, no intake leaks
10. HS header, no leaks
11. Timing is 17 degrees

Anything else to look for? Would the nicked plug wire and possibly bad injector be indicative of this type of issue? It's getting frustrating - especially since the car was down for nearly four weeks with the swap. TIA.

Also, everything in the fuel system is properly connected - no leaks.
