Need help identifying where to attach clutch cable

I have attached a picture below, the arm in the picture, I have this similar arm on my car and think this is where the clutch cable attaches, am I correct?

What are you doing with a b15 trans? Anyhow, yes it's the same, but you need to switch over the black bracket too.

I think that is the 98-99 b14 tranny, not a b15. that means it is non-lsd IIRC.

you need the black bracket that is on your tranny, it bolts right next to that lever.

yeah, the black bracket holds the clutch cable and bolts to the tranny where those 4 holes are in the pic, above the clutch arm.

just curious, but why are you trying to figure this out? are you swapping that tranny into your car? if so, its not like you were not going to figure out where the clutch cable goes.

FAST HELP NEEDED NOW! I need to go to work soon. The picture is JUST reference as to what im looking to attach the cable too.

OK, i have clutch cable all installed BUT I cannot get it attached right, the cable is not long enough to attach to the black bracket AND attach to the arm. Can the arm be pulled back to attach the end of the cable???? I am like 1 inch away from making this work, but it seems the new cable is too short.

I have it adjusted so it is as long as it can go, cant losen it further. Got it attached to the pedal. I can get it attached to the arm, but the part that goes behind the bracket won't get that far back

HELP PLEASE

you need to get that silver spacer out of there. if you take the adjustment wheel all the way off, and then put the hook over the lever, and the cable through the black bracket, you should be able to screw the adjustment wheel back onto the cable. Its tricky, but it can be done.

Sorry for the confusion, i was just using these pictures as reference to where I was talking about. After a couple of hours trying to figure it all out I managed to make a tool that I used to get the arm back far enough to make the cable attach.

All is fixed now, I appriciate the advice and help in identifying parts and solving the issue.

by the way, apparently my old clutch cable was WAY overtightened (and I LOVED the way the clutch worked like that) so now, I hate my new cable, the pedal is completely different. It is like learning stick all over again
