water leak on passenger floor>>>>

I just noticed that I have water leaking onto the passenger floor. It only appears to happen when the A/C is on. Anyone have any ideas what this might be? Is there a fix or write-up on it?

Thanks,
Brian

Your drain tube for your evaporator is clogged. So the condensation is leaking into your passeenger compartment. Unclog the tube and you will be set.

Either it is clogged or it has fallen off, either way it is the tube. Good call...

Rock on, thanks for the information. Same deal with my car, hadn't even looked for the answer yet, and I found it.

IIRC there is a writeup on SE-R.net about this issue.

From the dead!

^My car leaks from area #2 when it rains. I haven't used the A/C this year because I didn't get it charged, but it does not leak from area #1 where the drain tube fits. Could it just be clogged and leaking back into the box? Would getting the A/C charged at a shop clear out the possible clog when they put it on the vacuum?

P.S. Would the seals that go on the front windsheild above the wipers cause something like this if they are bad?
