Major flooding, Now engine wont crank.

While setting the base timing on my car (sr20de with Link lem G3 ecu)
with the fuel turned OFF on the link the engine all of a sudden stopped cranking like it was in gear or siezed.

So i pulled out the plugs and cylinders 2 and 4 were FULL of petrol.
This means for some reason yet undetermined(*** it started raining) the injectors were switched on all of a sudden, either by the link or more likely by shorting to ground. BTW i have injectors 1 & 3 wired together and 2 & 4 the same.

anyway i blew out the petrol with compressed air, replaced the plugs and it still wont turn over

what are the chances I've bent a rod or maybe damaged the starter motor?
i just want to determine why it wont crank so i dont do any(or more) damage.
