i bought a 95 200sx se-r recently and the fans are always on so i looked around and he has them wired to always stay on. I cut the wire and the fans shut off and dont come back on. Now the question is he has a highport jdm motor in the car should i have a temp sensor from a lowport motor in the car for the fans to work right with the b14 ecu? thanks in advance
yea stock fans i looked at the coolant emp sensor and its blue now this is my first b14 i know the b13 ones are red but i thought b14 had black sensors?

is the ecu throwing any codes? for the Coolant temp sensor?
tried to read the ecu *** a scanner from work a top of the line one and it kept coming up with errors connecting it did the same thing with my g20 but the cheap scanners from autozone worked with that so maybe ill try a cheap scanner on this car
I would pick up some new engine and coolant temp sensors from auto zone and slap them in. Make sure they are for the B14 and hopefully you will be good. Does the temp gauge work inside the car?
