SR GURU's- What SR Engine is this???

Hey guys,

After my short and sweet track day I am in the need of a new engine. This is what I found, some think it's a VE (since there are two solenoid looking connectors on the dizzy side, but different intake manifold, different heat shield and valve cover) but other than that I am not sure what kind of lowport is it or what it is pulled from.

Is it a disguised VE or a regular lowport (and from which year/car).

Please help.

Appreciate it.

Dude, it's just what it say's, a regular sr20 from a g20. Although the intake manifolds do match. And plus that company doesn't even sell ve's!

Wow. I paid $900 for my non-RR JDM highport about six years ago, with 27k on it. I shoulda waited.
