SR20DE Idle/throttle response issues.

A couple weeks ago I finally finished up my daily driver project, a b13 SE-R with a 10:1 jdm swap,JWT S3 cams, and all the bolt on goodies.
Since i've had it all up and together, i've been having major trouble being able to time it due to an erradic idle so i started doing all the checks...
Fresh coolant temp sensor.
Fresh O2 sensor.
Maf...good to go(regrounded) and if it was malfunctioning, I wouldn't be able to rev past 2400 RPM.
Fresh knock sensor.
Injectors are firing.
Good spark...(newer distributor,new cap+rotor,magnecore KV85 wires,fresh factory plugs.)
TPS sensor is adjusted= .5 volts closed, approx 4.0 volts wide open.
And I also quadruple checked my cam timing, and as far as I can tell, it's perfect-intake dowel at 10,exhaust at 12, rotor pointed at #1 on cap, crankshaft timing mark at TDC.(I also did the ziptie trick when i installed them).
Every time i try to time it, i adjust either the throttle body screw or the FICD screw to try and raise the idle to 800-850, and when i get right up to 800,it surges up to around 3,000 or so and stays there until i back off the screw.(after warm up with the TPS disconnected of course).
Anybody got any ideas or advice? PLease let me know if there's anything I've left out.

Ok, also just got done replacing the A.A.C. valve and F.I.C.D. valve, as well as cleaned the sh*t out of the throttlebody...Still nothing.

MAF can cause all sorts of crazy sh... have you tested the voltage? Grounding is not all of the problem.

The voltage can be super low or erratic.
For example, my MAF is intermittent at idle & peaks at 2 volts when it should put out 5 volts!!

Thus, i have decent power all the way up to 4500rpm... then the car cuts the power WAY back 'till 6000-7000rpm.... well.. 4800rpm is the peak torque on my SR20DE, go figure.

I've got an OBD2 motor btw.
