B13 only stays on at full throttle

I have a b13 with a sr20det my chain broke a week ago. I changed the chain and put every thing back together and now it does not start unless I have the throttle all the way open. When it's open it idles low and it sounds like a back fire on the intake side. I also took the fuel rail out to make shure the injectors are working, I took the rubber seals from the bottom of the fuel rail and I started the car and it went on and reved up pretty good but it was getting air threw the holes. It was gettin back fire on intake side.

It sounds like it's floding from too much fuel. You may have torn the o-rings on the injectors.

To much fuel will not cause the motor to back fire on the intake side. I asked a couple of Local mechanics they said it's my timing is off or I have bent valves. I know for a fact my timing is right so I'm guessing it's bent valves. I'm going to do a compression test on it later today.
