little help please

*FIXED*
I installed a reground intake camshaft(from a place that I know some professional dragsters from seattle/tacoma are going to, so I trust them) with a 264 duration. before that I had a 91 intake cam in my p11. Anyways, I did have a problem before when I installed my 91 cam, it was off a tooth and my car would idle like crap and shake a little. especially when it warms up and it goes to 1k rpm,the car shakes and rocks left to right a little. When I installed the reground camshaft, my car is doing the same thing when i messed up with the 91 cam and I KNOW THE TIMING IS RIGHT THIS TIME.I had a friend who builds motors put it in for me. And he even double checked cause I irritated him about it with pictures from the FSM because what I messed up before. He fixed my mess up before with the 91 cam. My exhaust is popping and the idle fluctuates from 780-900(i have a safc). It rapidly goes up and down between those rpms. Now, I know after market camshafts are suppose to have that "lobe sound" from the exhaust. But is it suppose to make my car kinda shake and have popping from the exhaust during idle?
Oh yea, If you guys want to know, when I broke in the camshaft, my car pulls like a motherf*cker. I have to be concerned about replacing my clutch. and i did race a friend with S3s and was neck to neck with him. I'm brain smart about tuning, but installing parts..i don't even trust myself..hehehee
