So everything seems fine for you guys...

I have no one to check but i draw a line on rotor/disty and it is turning, and the rotor is firmly hang by the cam, i forced it to see if it would glitch...

Ok... so ill let it breathe for the day(and let me breath :/ ) put everything back together tomorow and adjust my cranking TP lower to give it a chance to no get the plugs fouled.

Also i have another disty if all else fails... but it was working yesterday.

Lets hope that tomorow will be my happy day.

thats the way mate take a breather then tomorrow start with the simple things and you should bump into your problem it will be something daft hope you get it sorted post back up *** if you get stuck

Sorry, I should have specified - all the pics I posted are from my '94 lowport SR20DE (actually has an O2induction ). The FSM pics are from the '94 FSM.

At TDC on cyl. 1 your rotor should firer the cylinder so if your is pointing back to the ground it's not the right place ! It should be pointing toward spark plug wire number one that just logical.

Stupid me. Started and runs fine.

Seems i tryed too much yesterday and it was to much flodded to spark... with a mate i tested spark-ok, then started the bitch up and ratatetata HEHEHE. Still got to make the timming wright and it will be the break in....

Thanks fo reassuring me with my timming and all, your help has been very much appreciated.

Great thread this

I'm a bit worried about the way my cars running too, everything turns over by hand fine and the car starts first turn, but sounds odd - have i got he chain to tight between the 2 sprockets?
